While attending her daughter’s wedding in the North Georgia mountains, near Cleveland, photographer Michelle and her family visited Yonah Mountain Vineyards is located on the southeastern base of iconic Yonah Mountain . It is a family-run 200 acre winery that makes world class wine in a scenic mountainside setting.
Enjoying the mountain view, spectacular fall colors and warmth of the fire pit, made this wine tasting wonderful. The Rolling hills and sandy soil are the perfect setting for their twenty planted acres of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Petit Manseng, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. Michelle’s 25-year-old son was proud to take Pinkie on a stroll to meet the bear statue and captured a unique shot.
